Service Description

The meeting will discuss Electronic Visit Verification and a few changes coming in the New Year. Before the meeting please search your mobile devices App Store and download the GEOH app (view image below to see what the app looks like). This app will be our new system for Electronic Visit verification. To schedule your meeting please follow instructions and select an available day and time slot. Then follow the prompts given, on the screen, to confirm your meeting. I understand this is a busy time of year for is all. However, to accommodate everyones schedules, there are several available dates and times over the next several days that you can choose from. To avoid an inconvenience to your work schedule, the deadline to select your specific meeting date/time is NO LATER THAN Friday Dec 18th! (However if you want to select a meeting date that is on or before Dec18th I will need to know by 7pm the day before. Meaning if you want to schedule a meeting for this Wed Dec 16th, you must schedule today ( exception by10pm) . If you want to schedule a meeting for Thursday Dec 17th, you must confirm your date and time by 7pm the day before etc) Once your meeting is scheduled, It will send the office a confirmation and YOU a confirmation with a Zoom invite to the email you provide. (If you schedule a meeting and do not receive a confirmation email please text me to let me know immediately ) A few minutes before your meeting time please go this email invite and join the meeting. This meeting will take approx. 1 hr. It is mandatory and will be paid. Once you have logged on to the Zoom meeting, Please use your Tsheets app to clock-in to “Training”. Please be sure you have a solid Internet Connection, and that you are in an area free of distractions and excessive background noise.
